Dear Friends,

I'm delighted to share this final edition of the Grandparents Newsletter for our 240th school year with you! In this issue, you’ll read about hands-on discoveries at the DNA Learning Labs for Grade 8 students, our Upper School students' journey through Morocco, and the impactful morning Grade 4 students spent in Meeting for Worship with students from Mary McDowell Friends School and Brooklyn Friends School. These stories are just a few examples of extraordinary learning at Friends.

We are especially proud of the Class of 2026 and all they achieved. Take a moment to view the celebrations.

I want to thank everyone who has made a gift to the 2025-26 Fund for Friends. Your generosity directly sustains our classrooms, our programs, and our commitment to financial aid for every student who walks through our doors. If you haven't yet made your gift, there's still time to be counted before July 10th. Every gift, of any size, advances our Quaker mission. Click here to make a gift.

On July 1, Chris Singler officially took up his post as Head of School. His arrival marks an exciting new chapter for Friends, and we look forward to the vision, energy, and leadership he brings to our community!

We wish you a wonderful summer and thank you once again for your support of Friends!

Happy reading,

Rebecca
